Choosing the Euvision’s EagleEye for your Video
Processing needs is a smart, flexible, powerful and cost effective
choise.
The new revolutionary multipurpose image
processor allows high end Video and Data signals processing at the
highest available quality standards.
The EagleEye system is a BUS based system; the
BUS can accept three kinds of Boards. All the Boards are 10x16cm
“slide” Eurocard Type; this solution allows the customer to
service and upgrade the system quickly (all the Boards must be
inserted and disconnected powering off the system).
1) Video
Board has two BNC plus two MiniDin
connectors (S-VHS type). This board allows you to have many
different input, where to connect your video sources, using the
inbound “Y” adapter cables: 2 S-Video + 2 CVBS or
1 S-Video + 4 CVBS or 6 CVBS.The system is
delivered with N° 1 built in Video board.

2) DATA
Board.
Each Data Board has two HD15 Input connectors where
is possible to connect two different PC sources. Each Input
accepts video resolutions starting from VGA up to S-XGA
(1280x1024). The system is delivered with N° 2 built in Data
Boards for max 4 PC sources.

3) OUTPUT
Board.
Based on powerful Pixelworks chip PW164, each
Output Board allows you to choose the RGBHV output between 15 kHz,
VGA, S-VGA and XGA resolution. Each Board is totally independent
and can have his own resolution. The system can be delivered with
maximum 16 output boards per each EagleEye. Please keep in mind
that each EagleEye has a 50 Pins expansion connector for flat
cable that allows you to connect many EagleEye in cascade way.
Just wiring the out of Master’s expansion connector to the input
of “Slave” expansion connector with the flat cable, you will easy
have a powerful and expandable DataWall system. All the sources
must be connected only to the Master EagleEye because they will be
buffered from the internal VideoData Matrix Board.

As
you well have seen
the EagleEye system is able to manage simultaneously 10 sources (4
PC + 6 CVBS maximum).
The maximum system
expandibility is 16 EagleEye (connected via FlatCable). Maximum
enlargement is 16x16; minimum 0,80.
The
EagleEye is controllable via software (RS232 cable) or via inbound
I.R. Remote Control. Using the RS232 or using the I.R. Remote
control will not change the product philosophy |
